Our orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 working days, although in most cases we dispatch as soon as we receive the order.
For domestic orders, we use Royal Mail First Class or Hermes Next Day which in most cases deliver your order to your doorstep the next day.
For international orders, we work with Hermes or Royal Mail international tracking which will take up to 14 business days for your order to reach your doorstep after dispatch. We will send you all the tracking details once the order is dispatched.
We will always try our best to make sure that your order is delivered to you within the above mentioned timescale. However, in exceptional cases, it might take longer than expected. In that case, please firstly use the tracking number to locate the order. Alternatively, feel free to get in touch with us, and we will find out the whereabouts of your order. If the order is lost in transit, we will dispatch another one for you free of charge. If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will refund fully.
