How to place an order?

 

  1. Select your product type then click product details
  2. Choose your size and click on the 'ADD TO CART' button on the product page.
  3. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the 'CART' at the top right corner of the page.
  4. Click on ‘CHECKOUT' to complete your order.

 

How to create an account?

 

You can create an account with AVILIO by going to ‘SIGN UP’ section of the menu. You will also have an option of creating an account while placing your order at the check out stage. Creating an account is very simple. All you need to do is provide your email address and certain personal information, select a password and accept our terms and conditions.

 

How to track orders?

 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking number, which you can use to track your order online. If you log in to ‘My Account’ you can also find the tracking number to keep track of the goods.

 

What if an item is out of stock?

 

On the rare occasion an item is sold simultaneously to multiple customers online the stock information may become temporarily inaccurate. In this case, we will either cancel your order in full or just the items which are unavailable and proceed with the rest of the order.

 

Can Sterling Silver cause skin allergies?

 

Allergies are extremely unlikely, as none of our sterling silver products contain nickel or other unsuitable materials.

 

Exchanges and Refunds

 

  • One-off exchange or return is accepted with the original receipt within 7 days of receiving the package. Items must be returned in new condition with original packaging and tags attached and must not have been worn.
  • All the pierced earrings cannot be exchanged or returned due to hygienic reasons.
  • The shipping fees and the related costs of the returns will be borne by the customer except of the instances were items received by the customer were faulty or incorrect.
  • Products will be exchanged after we examined your returned product(s) with product defects. The whole return process may take up to 2-3 weeks.
  • Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
  • Please contact our Customer Care team by emailing info@aviliolondon.com for further return procedures.
  • AVILIO reserves the right of final decision on returns and exchanges.

  

Payment Methods 

 

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. All submitted personal and payment information is encrypted and secure. 
  • You may also pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to the AVILIO website.

Ring Size Guideline

If you are unsure on your ring size, you can use a ring you already own measure the inside diameter of the ring, and then match the measurement to our size guide.

If the ring falls between two sizes, we advise you to order the larger of the two sizes.
